The rental car was a disaster!
There were dents, dings, scratches all over and the inside and outside of the car was a dirty, disgusting actually.
I have photos and videos of the outside and inside for you to see.
Windshield washer fluid was empty; I spent $10.00 get another gallon of fluid and turns out the squirter do not work. I had to go a week in rain / snow / with dirty hazardous windows, constantly stopping and pouring water on the windshield to keep it clean and able to see.
I was also quoted on the reservation of $801.46, why was I charged $926.88, $125.42 MORE than the quoted cost?
I need to know what you’re going to do to remedy this situation and horrible experience.
