Secrets cap cana in the D.R. is an excellent spend of money. Have nothing bad to say about a 14 day stay with them during covid times
Cheap is never good.
We stayed at the allegro playacar many years ago but it was great. But agreed, if you can afford sandals…. Go for it. You deserve it.
