    If you have full coverage on ur car it will actually cover the costs

  5. Read the terms with your credit card. Most times it’s supplemental so you still have to make a claim with your insurance. Only primary credit cards are chase sapphire and plat Amex (you gotta buy it though with them). And most times credit cards will only cover certain classes and msrp of the vehicle. So if you rent a $80k vehicle, your credit card might not cover it.

    And rental companies can charge for down time/loss of use.
