How to book a hotel using Marriott discount (friends and family)

I’m a Marriott employee. So every time I want a discount I have to ask my manager for the form?
So I just registered on Marriott bonvoy app and some one has put me on their employee discount . I have the document as well. My question is .. do rates constantly change on the Marriott website if you don’t jump on it quick ?
i have already booked a Studio Suite with Sofa Bed, but I forgot to entire the discount code. I have the confirmation number can I still apply the code?
This is really useful. Thanks for the upload. Just a couple of questions.
1) If the Marriott employee is a first cousin, can the family code (w/ higher discount) be used? After I show the printed form to front desk, will the front desk ask for further proof of the family relationship? Like how am going to prove that the employee is my cousin?
2) Can the code be used for multiple legs of a trip? Like if I’m visiting 3-4 cities within a country, can I use the code to get a discount for every city on that trip? Will I need to have a printed authorization form for each hotel for each city?
3) My other cousin who is also related to the employee wants to use the discount for his upcoming trip as well. Is there a limit to how many times the employee can give out the printed form? For example, if they have lots of family members, can they print a form each time one of them takes a trip?

I’m having trouble with two things. Firstly, when I go to book, the website always takes me to my bonvoy account. Secondly, when I go to book, there isn’t the dropdown area for Special Rates. Even when I clicked “official site” for the marriott hotel.
